Can I request a personalised service?+
Yes. Choose “Other enquiry” and describe your needs. The scope and terms must be agreed directly before confirmation.
How is the price determined?+
The price depends on the service, route, duration and requirements. This page does not calculate prices automatically; every proposal is prepared individually.
Does the form confirm a booking?+
No. The form prepares an enquiry to send via WhatsApp or email. A booking requires confirmation of availability and acceptance of the terms.
Qual é o período de espera incluído?+
No aeroporto, o serviço inclui estacionamento e até 60 minutos de espera após a aterragem efetiva. Nas recolhas em hotéis ou moradas, estão incluídos 15 minutos após a hora marcada. Depois, aplica-se um suplemento por cada bloco de 30 minutos iniciado, indicado no orçamento antes da confirmação. O motorista avisa antes de terminar o período incluído. A continuação da espera está sujeita à disponibilidade.
