Can I request a personalised service?+
Yes. Choose “Other enquiry” and describe your needs. The scope and terms must be agreed directly before confirmation.
How is the price determined?+
The price depends on the service, route, duration and requirements. This page does not calculate prices automatically; every proposal is prepared individually.
Does the form confirm a booking?+
No. The form prepares an enquiry to send via WhatsApp or email. A booking requires confirmation of availability and acceptance of the terms.
How much waiting time is included?+
Airport pickups include parking and up to 60 minutes of waiting after the flight actually lands. Hotel and private-address pickups include 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time. Beyond this allowance, a charge applies for each additional 30-minute block or part thereof; the amount is stated in your quote before confirmation. Your driver will notify you before the included period ends. Further waiting is subject to availability.
